Waterbom Bali is on Jl. Kartika Plaza in Kuta, about 10 minutes (3 km) from Ngurah Rai International Airport, 15–20 minutes from Seminyak, and around 60–90 minutes from Ubud. Taxis, Grab, Gojek and hotel shuttles all serve the park.

Arrive at opening (9 AM) on a weekday for the shortest queues and coolest slides. The park is quieter in the low season (February–March, October–November) and busiest during July–August and December holidays.
